Positioning your smartphone camera to capture your lifts effectively and discreetly is usually possible. Feel free to reach out, and we’ll find a solution tailored to your specific situation.

What equipment do I need for online coaching?

You’ll need access to a commercial gym, which typically includes a squat rack, barbell, weights, a bench for bench press, and a pull-up bar. You'll also need to record your lifts using your smartphone for the video analysis.
