How does a workout in the Starting Strength Method look like?

From the outside, it may appear as a regular barbell training workout, consisting of 3-5 exercises with a barbell, performing a low number of reps and sets per exercise. The difference that makes the difference is by perfecting the execution of each exercise and gradually increasing the load, leading to steady strength gains.

What equipment do I need for online coaching?

You’ll need access to a commercial gym, which typically includes a squat rack, barbell, weights, a bench for bench press, and a pull-up bar. You'll also need to record your lifts using your smartphone for the video analysis.

How do we communicate in the monthly memberships?

We communicate through the chat feature in the TrueCoach app and via email. You have full daily access to me for any questions you might have.

How can I get stronger online?
